This bright, sunny apartment is a former transformer tower with a floor area of 20 square meters, attached directly to our property at Badumstraße 4. After E.on decommissioned it, it was converted and renovated with great attention to detail and has been ready for occupancy since December 2012. The first floor features a large kitchen-dining area, the upper floor has a living room with a French balcony, and the top floor houses the bedroom and bathroom. From the bed in the bedroom, you can admire the Staffelberg as you wake up in the morning. Our tower apartment is equipped with two LED flat-screen TVs, so you can watch TV in both the living room and the bedroom. In total, this residential tower has a usable area of approximately 60 square meters and is suitable for two people. If needed, the leather sleeper sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. The rooms are connected by a cozy, spacious, and easily accessible solid-wood staircase with a sturdy handrail.
