In a quiet area of Creissan, this comfortable holiday home with its beautiful private swimming pool without vis-à-vis, with a magnificent view of the vineyards and surroundings. Creissan is a friendly, typically French village of 1100 inhabitants, located 15 km from Béziers, 25 km from the beach and only half an hour from Narbonne, it is the last villa in the village, so there is little traffic. The garden is completely fenced and it is pleasant to relax under the covered summer kitchen with its large barbecue, with a bar for aperitifs and toilets. The pool with integrated stairs, has a shallow part, which is very good for young children. The large, warmly furnished lounge/dining room is equipped with a bench and armchairs around the fireplace and television. The dining room has a table and chairs, a buffet, an open kitchen with a bar and everything you need for six people. American fridge with freezer. Small cellar. From the dining room you can access the covered terrace and a bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is also reversible air conditioning in this room. What a pleasure to have lunch or dinner on the shaded terrace while enjoying the panorama! From the living room, you have access to a mezzanine with desk and a library with French books. You will also find two other bedrooms with storage and chests of drawers, and a second bathroom with bathtub and double sinks ( separate WC.) Four sun loungers and parasol frame the pool. This villa is also a good starting point for beautiful walks on the beach, various pretty villages in Occitania or in the Languedoc countryside. In the centre of the village, you will find a baker, a grocery store and a local winegrower who is open every Wednesday and Saturday. On Tuesday morning, there is a very small market; for a larger market you can go to Puisserguier on Friday morning located 1 km from Creissan. Also present: a post office, a tobacco/press and a coffee. You will find larger shops in the surrounding villages, about 10 km away.
