This is an idyllic 400 year old, 3 bedroom farmhouse located near the beautiful town of Cortona in Tuscany. The property has a warm, welcoming feel and is furnished in keeping with the age of the property. Guests enjoy use of a private swimming pool. The views from the outdoor areas are simply stunning, with views stretching across the rolling hills and valleys of the Tuscan countryside to Cortona, 4 miles away.
The Space:
Inside, the property has 3 bedrooms - 2 double rooms and 1 twin bedrom. The master bedroom is on the ground floor of the property and enjoys an ensuite bathroom. Also on the ground floor there is a warm and inviting living area, with doors leading out to the gardens. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor of the farmhouse and are separated by a bathroom with shower. Also on the first floor, is an open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob and oven. Outdoor furniture has been provided in the garden if you would rather dine al fresco. A BBQ is also provided for your use. There is also an outhouse within the gardens with kitchen facilities and utility room - guests often find this useful if cooking outdoors. The farmhouse is set within olive groves and the gardens are extremely pretty. Loungers are provided for your use by the pool (11 x 5 metres and 1.3 metres in depth) which is open from the end of May to the end of September each year.
