The property consists of a beautiful modern villa and private swimming pool overlooking Florence very close to the center of Florence. Very spacious air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom. In the villa there are three private bathrooms with bedroom on the first floor, a large living room with living space while on the ground floor there is an entrance, a dining room, a large living room with access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower, bedroom and a laundry room. A large patio with a dining area in the middle of olive groves and cypresses for your unforgettable outdoor dinners. The location is very close to the city which you can reach in 10 minutes, nearby there are excellent restaurants and there is also the possibility of touring the Chianti area, visiting the most important cities of Tuscany. Bagno a Ripoli is the nearest town to our property, about 2 km away it will take about 5 minutes by car, there are many shops and an excellent Coop market for shopping. On Wednesday morning you will find the local market with fresh cheeses and vegetables.
