Positive: The apartment is new and is beautiful. The location is perfect. The cleanliness impeccable. The home furnishing/decorations and the space are good. I didn't use the TV so cant say. The wifi worked fine most of the time. The pizzeria in front called San Gennaro is also very good. I used the washing machine and that worked really well. It is new and has a dryer inside. That is very convenient. The Attic windows work with a switch automatic so that is convenient too. However all of them are closing and opening at the same time, no way to control them individually. But that is actually not a big thing. These windows in the roof make it very luminous with natural light even above the bed at night you can watch the stars. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower is also very good and big.

Negative: Apparently nothing is provided in terms of perishables/disposables like a soap in the bathroom, water from the hosts. So please ensure you arrange that yourself. It is a problem for example if you arrive later at night after the shops are closed. There was almost less than half of a toilet roll probably left from the earlier guests. The host mentioned that they provide the first roll and that's it. I had booked the place for a full week and I asked if a cleaning would be provided from them once during the middle of the stay, they said that wasn't the case. As I was used to such services in all my previous stays in all other places, including the things like soap toilet papers etc provided, I was a bit disappointed. So I would suggest the host to indicate these as an explanation to help the guests who get used to these services from other places. Also it was cold so I took the quilt from the cupboard but there wasn't the cover. I checked with the host who simply said that the cover is not available as it is with the drycleaners and will be available only 10 days later. The outside temperature at night was 11 degrees centigrade most of the time. The heating was obviously off as not yet Opened so the quilt was the only way to keep oneself comfortable.- Also I would request the hosts to indicate that there are almost 2 floors of stairs to be climbed after you come out of the lift to reach the apartment.

Summary: A beautiful apartment in a very nice location convenient to go around in Cuneo.
