Positive: SO its a B&B type hotel, easy check in with helpful staff, lift between floors, and a good size room, with Italian style breakfast in the morning, coffee, tea juice and pastries, , easy access via bus to Venice , 3 euros return , Bargain, got the bus about 8.30 on a sunday morning and it was standing room only , but its quick and takes you straight into Venice and coming home drops you off 100m along the road, parking available just along the road 200m is a local cafe with good cheap meals 20 minutes walk away is a indoor shopping complex with other place to eat (did not visit)

Negative: the area itself is a bit down and sort of between areas, bit industrial but not busy, the room although clean in the bathroom could do with a lick of paint
