Nicht rollstuhlgängig da Treppenhaus. Aussen nummerierter Parkplatz gleich vor dem Haus. Vermieterin wohnt in Brigels und ist im Notfall persönlich vor Ort erreichbar. Das überschaubare Skigebiet/die Bergbahnen, die Sportanlagen (Badesee, Minigolfplatz, Spielplatz ...) und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im wunderbaren Bergdorf Brigels mit seinen hervorragenden Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gratis-Ortsbus im Winter, die nächste Haltestelle ist 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Im Sommer gratis Wandershuttle-Bus von Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast und zurück.
