The villa situated on top of a green hill with a spectacular view of Lake Bolsena and the surrounding valleys and hills of Tuscia, in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa 'consists of three large apartments all reachable by a staircase (bed linen and towels included):
--The Yellow Lily is the apartment located in the entire first floor (3 bedrooms furnished with double iron bed and wooden wardrobe, 2 bathrooms each with shower, dining room with fireplace, fitted-kitchen dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.- complete with appliances-gas stove, sink, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, free wifi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, large patio with table and chairs, barbecue, large terrace all around, enchanting view of the lake)
Is part of the villa a plot of 11000m with fenced area inside garden with centenarian oaks, tables and chairs in the shade of the trees, playground both adults ping-pong, calciobalilla- that baby - minilift, mini tunnels, table rocking.
A small road dirt downhill and a small staircase leading to the pool area consists of a swimming pool and a second round pool tub, large deck area with three umbrellas, chairs, tables, shower.
A road and a wooden staircase leading to a fountain with spring water, an orchard and a small forest. The free car parking is located 10m from the entrance of 'farm.
"The Yellow Lily" is the ideal place to stay to visit nearby places of naturalistic and artistic interest such as Civita di Bagnoregio, the Terme Di Viterbo, Bolsena lake and its islands, Orvieto, Bomarzo, Tarquinia, Saturnia Spa, Val d'Orcia and Pienza reachable with a few minutes drive and Rome and Assisi reached in just over an hour's drive.
From the villa is easily accessible bike rental and a riding school to discover by bike, on horseback or by walking the fantastic nature trails around the lake.
Breakfast is not served to us in the villa, but we will be happy to recommend the best places in the nearby historic city of Montefiascone, the ancient village, under the great basilica of Santa Margherita, where you can eat a good breakfast served inside table or buy it to eat it in the comfort of your "Yellow lily".
