Positive: Clean and spacious room. Secure private parking. Handy door/gate automation with code/self-check-in. Cozy environment.

Negative: The bathroom sink did not drain well. Soundproofing could be better. Noise from the hallway and upstairs rooms (talking and clicking door codes) could be heard in the 1st floor room.
