Positive: As the photos were not clear on booking.com, we did not have any specific expectations from the apartment. Communication with the owner was clear and smooth. Check-in/check-out was easy. The apartment is in a quiet location in the middle of rice and corn fields, in a closed video-guarded condominium with a swimming pool. Facility had a lot of storage space and nice outdoor terrace. Parking lot, swimming pool were in good condition (as on photos). The owner was always ready to support and helped with any specific issues we had. The apartment is located at about a 20-minute drive to a nice beach (outside of the city), and the boat station is nearby. In general, good value for money, but we were not prepared for a lack of standard facility items (like glasses, knives, kettle, cooking utensils). If we come again, we will definitely grab some of our usual kitchen items.

Negative: As sleeping rooms are upstairs on the roof floor, AC was not able to cool it down, so in really warm days, kids were complaining that it was too hot. Owen did not work. Some sockets were out of charge. We needed to clean floors (all was a bit dusty) and kitchen items in the dishwasher upon arrival, as these items were not as clean as we used to have.
