The detached house - "Podere Fortunato" - offers real vacation feeling for up to 6 people. On two floors it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, loggia with large dining table and a south/west facing terrace with adjacent pool area. Two bedrooms each have a bathroom adjacent. The third bedroom uses the third bathroom one floor below. Under the pergola you can feast in the shade of a wisteria, relax in the lounge area or enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar.
The 5 x 10 m pool adjacent to the terrace has sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor bar with bar stools and refrigerator. The pool is used exclusively by the guests of Podere Fortunato. It is not fenced. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset among the Tuscan hills.
At the foot of the extinct volcano "Monte Amiata" you are in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. Mountain bikers will get their money's worth here. Montalcino (home of Brunello red wine) and Montepulciano (home of Vino Nobile) are also nearby.
