On the ground floor, guests will find a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as a CD-player. The room is perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. There is also an exit to the garden and loggia, which is perfect for enjoying the beautiful views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and even a pizza oven. There is also a dining table, making it the perfect place for guests to enjoy a meal together. Additionally, there is a small room without a wardrobe, but with 2 beds, and a shower/bidet/WC on this floor.
