Positive: Annalisa and Franscico were so friendly and welcoming, really lovely people. We stayed 4 nights, the pool was great, gardens glorious and location just a few minutes drive to Maceratas.

Negative: Bed was a little hard for our liking but not a problem.

Summary: Wonderful peaceful spot - just perfect.
