Located halfway up a hillside, just 1 km from Scicli, along the hairpin bends of the road leading to Modica, Loggia dell'Acanto offers an enchanting view of the town below, the surrounding hills and the blue sea in the background.
The first floor of the house is coplanar to a large shady veranda and to the the rocky garden on which it extends. It consists of 4 double bedrooms for a total of 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and an air-conditioned living room with piano corner and dining table, which leads to a large shady balcony with a wonderful view of the town and the Mediterranean Sea in the background.

Set in a natural recess of the rock, the infinity pool, surrounded by a large sunbathing area (solarium) amidst olive and carob trees, allows those who are immersed in it to extend their gaze over the surrounding panorama as far as the Mediterranean where, on a thin line beyond the mainland, the water of the pool and that of the sea seem to join.
Above the swimming pool and the solarium area is the terrace reserved for Guests, who have a sitting area and also a dining table available in a corner of the same terrace shaded by a canopy.
