Very liveable with its elegant living room with white sofas and curtains and parquet on the floor and wide openings outside, a formal dining room perfectly inserted in the linving area, a fully furnished kitchen; it offers relaxation and tranquility but also the opportunity to spend days in company, or alone, on the large terraces which, externally, overlook suggestive views that change with the changing seasons and transform from sunrise to sunset.
The style of this house is unique, furnished and decorated with great care and with particular attention to detail. Its location, on top of a hill, also offers a magical view of the mountains and some of the main resorts in the area.
Excellent exposure also of the four bedrooms in the sleeping area, on the second floor, all served by a lift and equipped with private bathroom. The only view is on the lake and on the beautiful garden. Guests also have a garage with four parking spaces, a private gym equipped with fitness machines and a sauna.
