The house is part of an ancient village of medieval origin divided into apartments partly intended for reception and partly private (where my daughter and I live)
The spaces intended for our guests are not shared with ours to guarantee total privacy but I will be present for any need.
Our valley is bordered by a small river that gives coolness even on the hottest days and can be fun for your children as it is not deep
We are about one km from the town but you have the feeling of being isolated and having the most total privacy
In fact, the road to reach us only leads to our house and to a subsequent one so little traveled
The Villa Casa Vacanza is composed of two adjacent apartments and is an ancient mill on the river Egola, municipality of Montaione (Florence)
The large park is intended partly as an olive grove partly as a garden with swings and a soccer field
The house is equipped with an outdoor barbecue, an outdoor wood-burning oven for pizzas and bread that our guests can use to which we supply firewood.
Strategic position for privacy and trips to the main Tuscan cities
The house reflects the ancient Tuscan style with exposed beams and terracotta floors
The rooms are furnished with antique furniture and precious pieces
Each room has two windows so they are very bright and do not need air conditioning as they are very thick walls (about 120 cm).

The house is on three floors with a large kitchen on the ground floor with barbecue and marble hob, a living room with fireplace and sofas for the television on the first floor, a large bathroom with bath and shower
a bedroom with a double bed and a single wooden bed, a double bedroom with a private terrace where you can read or relax in peace and a single bedroom with an extra bed
upstairs master bedroom with antique iron canopy bed, an intimate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower

the house is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom

The fenced swimming pool is at your disposal from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm and is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs for sunbathing, outdoor shower
In the large farmyard it is allowed to eat around the large table provided with sufficient chairs for all guests and the possibility of using the large stone barbecue
The house is supplied with bed linen and towels for each guest
For children up to three years a cot is provided with linen and towels without extra charge (up to a maximum of three beds)
In our house it is allowed to organize parties, anniversaries, small weddings or other events with the consent of the owner
