Positive: I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The junior suite with jacuzzi bath was the most luxurious room I’ve ever stayed in, with so many thoughtful extras provided that made it feel really special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! They went above and beyond, letting me stay comfortably in the lobby until my airport transfer and organising a taxi for me. This has truly been the best hotel experience I’ve had.
