Villa Garden Paradise is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the hill town of Ravello. It is immersed in 300 square meters of private, flat garden and guarantees an oasis of privacy and peacefulness, with the convenience of being in close proximity to the main square of Ravello and all its facilities.
The garden is an explosion of green with the typical shrubs and bushes of the Mediterranean scrub, with tall olive trees, lemon trees and vineyards which provide many shaded areas and relaxation areas near the building. The garden is covered with a beautiful green lawn and embellished with a rich assortment of herbs and colorful, fragrant flowers. There are sunbeds and deckchairs in the garden for those wishing to relax in the sun, savoring the pleasure of the sea breeze and enjoying the splendid and uncomparable view of the sea and of the coastline.
The view of the sea is visible from virtually every corner of the house and, especially, from the garden and the upper terrace
The house is simply furnished but with attention to detail to guarantee the best possible comfort to the guests. The entire flooring throughout the property is made of traditional cotto tiles.
This property is suitable for those wishing to immerse themselves in the coastal atmosphere without, however, forgoing visits to the many characteristic villages and towns like Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento , Pompei, Capri etc
Accommodation : The total area of the villa which is spread out over two levels, is 230 square meters indoor and 300 square meters of outdoor area consisting of terraces and gardens with wide panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast and the sea.
Ground floor:
The entrance to the ground floor opens into an entrance hall leading to : dining room , living area , fully-equipped kitchen, full bathroom, WC and a laundry room
The dining room has cotto tiles. This room includes a dining room table which seats ten people, and two comfortable armchairs which are placed around a working fireplace.
An open archway leads to a large sitting room which includes a two-seater divan, two armchairs, a flat screen satellite TV.
Both the dining room and the living room have large French doors leading onto an attractive portico facing directly onto the garden . The portico runs along the whole front of the house and is covered in terracotta tiles . The portico has been set up for outdoor meals and provides a relaxation area with coffee table, comfortable wickerwork sofa and armchairs.
Off the sitting room there is a very well equipped modern kitchen including a five-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave , an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen there is a door onto the patio with a broad view of the sea and of the coastline below.
Also on this floor is a bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower, a separate WC and a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Upper floor:
A wooden staircase ( 19 steps ) from the entrance hall leads to the upper floor.
This is the sleeping area which is made up of 5 warm and cozy double bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a shower room and a wide terrace of 40 square meters. From the terrace guests can enjoy an enchanting view of the garden, of the sea and of the coastline in the distance.
