Positive: We had issues getting into the apartment (because of different room numbers being used in the check-in instructions), but the staff were very responsive and called me back immediately when I emailed for help. The apartment itself was sizeable, had a great shower, and we appreciated the coffee pods and soft drinks in the fridge! Location-wise, we couldn't have found a better place. The apartment is a 3 min walk to the metro, 3 mins to a big Carrefour supermarket and 35 min walk from San Siro. The local area feels safe to walk around at night, and there are lots of delicious food options nearby.

Negative: A few small niggles - we had codes to enter the building, but not to exit, which was an issue on the Sunday when the reception was closed. We would have liked to have a sink in the kitchen, or tea towels and dish soap at the very least, as we had to wash plates and mugs in the bathroom.
