In the heart of Sirmione, the Pearl of Lake Garda, a delightful 70 sqm apartment with a large private garden, furnished in a modern and elegant style and equipped with every comfort, Smart House is ready to welcome you for your holidays on Lake Garda!
During the summer season from June to September, we include access to the lake-view swimming pool of Hotel Mistral, located approximately 500 meters from the apartment!

Please note that although we love animals very much, unfortunately we CANNOT ACCEPT PETS OF ANY KIND in this property.
We would also like to remind you that it is strictly FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES OR DISTURB the neighborhood with loud music or any other type of noise.
Please also note that online check-in is mandatory before your arrival by submitting your personal details and identification documents through the Vikey service.

The property is completed by a full bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The apartment is air-conditioned and can be cooled throughout by a Daikin split unit located in the central hallway. Heating is traditional gas heating and can be remotely controlled through a Wi-Fi thermostat.
Outside, you will find a large private fenced garden and a tiled patio equipped with every comfort, including an outdoor dining table, an electric sunshade awning, and a sunbathing area furnished with zero-gravity loungers.
During the summer season from June to September, we include free access to the wonderful lake-view swimming pool at Hotel Mistral, located approximately 500 meters from the apartment. Pool access also includes two sun loungers by the pool and one umbrella (subject to availability).
You will also have access to the Bar & Snack service and the lake-view restaurant at Hotel Mistral (extra charge).
Our guests are also entitled to a 10% discount valid exclusively on the à la carte menu.

The apartment is equipped with a single air-conditioning split unit located in the central hallway. Since the apartment is not particularly large, it cools the entire property quickly and efficiently.
