We rent our spacious holiday home for 5 people on the north coast of the island of Elba in S. Andrea. The house with sea view is surrounded by greenery, in a Mediterranean garden. It has large terraces. In a few minutes you can reach the sea. The place is also an ideal base for hiking even out of season.
Our lovingly renovated house offers plenty of space for up to 6 people on 2 floors.
The upper floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The spacious living room with an open attic is equipped with a sofa bed, table, fireplace, modern kitchen and a small gallery library and connects to a furnished terrace.
The lower floor is connected to the upper floor by an internal staircase. Here is a comfortable 3 bed living room with wood stove and shower / toilet. A forecourt with a sea view leads into a large garden with fruit trees, pines and palm trees. There is also a brick barbecue area here.
In a small bowl on the upper terrace you will find a washing machine, a clothes horse, broom etc. You can also store your suitcases here.
For the colder seasons, powerful electric stoves are available in addition to the fireplace and wood stove.
We have partially furnished our house with antique furniture. The kitchen is stylish and modern. We appreciate attentive tenants who appreciate an aesthetic environment.
