Summary: Arriving at midnight on Christmas day, after 5 hours of long tiring drive, we were comforted by a fine lovely room, spacious bed with clean great smelling beddings ! Clean bathroom and with welcome water bottles and tea/coffee. The welcome note was adorable and just made our arrival really special! Million thanks to the amazing friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. The hotel design is fun, young guest-oriented with indoor play rooms! Loved our stay! The underground parking was a treat! The tramway was just across the street and very practical!
