The large porch, the vast lawn and the quiet surroundings allow for moments of tranquillity and children's games. The villa is rented for a minimum of 4 people and 3 days.
For each additional person beyond 4, a payment of €65 per person per day is required.
Any change in the number of guests must be finalised through the VERBO Portal because, for insurance, security and legal reasons, each guest must be reported to the Italian police within 24 hours of arrival, in accordance with the law.
The entire house and its appurtenances are available to guests, with the exception of some private wardrobes and clearly indicated areas.
