The villa consists of 3 buildings detached from each other;
The main villa consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a large and luxurious living room with high ceilings and fine finishes, a fully equipped kitchen equipped with modern appliances that offers an ideal environment to prepare delicious meals. The large glass windows allow you to admire the surrounding landscape and access directly to the garden with private pool.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with private bathroom which is accessed via a spiral staircase. The room located on the upper floor is equipped with three terraces that offer a panoramic view of the Sicilian countryside, allowing guests to admire the sunset and enjoy moments of relaxation while sipping a good local wine.
A few steps from the main villa there are two separate outbuildings, each with a bedroom and a private bathroom.
All bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed to provide a comfortable sleep to guests. Each room is equipped with electrical outlets on the sides of the bed for the convenience of guests, as well as a walk-in closet to store clothing. Large windows allow you to admire the beautiful view of the sunset and the starry skies of Sicily.
The property includes a private swimming pool of 14 m length x 3 width x 2.3 depth for the exclusive use of the guests of the residence.
