Beautiful villa wonderfully located offering panoramic views over the Maddalena gulf and its islands. This property is situated in the exclusive peninsula of Porto Raphael – Punta Sardegna, and it is surrounded by a large terraced garden (over 2000 square metres) and a well-kept lawn decorated with flowers and Mediterranean plants and trees (olive trees, myrtle bushes, prickle pears). This property also provides a beautiful swimming-pool situated in very panoramic location and some lovely terraces allowing al-fresco dining and enjoying splendid views over the surrounding landscape. The villa is tastefully furnished with pieces of the local tradition.
Distances: the small village of Porto Raphael with food shops and a charming little square giving right on to the beaches is in walking distance (1 km away), Palau with all kinds of shops and restaurants 4 km away, the renowned beautiful town of Porto Cervo approx. 20 km, Olbia (airport and port) 45 km away.
At guests disposal: well-kept garden (over 2000 square metres), swimming-pool (irregular shape – maximum depth 2,5 m) set in very panoramic location, big barbecue, beautiful partially covered terrace furnished with sofas and offering extensive views over the sea, large sun terrace (on the first floor of the villa), further covered terrace equipped with large table. The property is fenced and has covered parking.
Extra services: maid service available by arrangement at € 15,- / per hour (payment on the spot). Baby bed available (€ 50,- / per week to be paid on site). On request it is possible to arrange cooking service to taste excellent local recipes.
