Villa Vista Positano II is perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The villa is an independent wing on the top floor of the estate including Villa Vista Positano and and Piccola Villa Vista Positano. It has its own separate entrance which in no way interferes with the occupants\' privacy of the two other houses on the property. Rented together with one or both of the sister villas, it provides elegant and most spacious accommodation for larger parties.
The house has been immaculately restored and elegantly furnished with antiques, quality pieces , prints , ceramic and paintings. At the same time, it is very well equipped with all modern amenities.
Situated high up in town, naturally there are steps to climb ( approx. 85.) but for those seeking space, privacy, comfort and above all an individual holiday home, the climb is worth it.
Parking may be tricky here but there is no need for a vehicle as restaurants, bars, boutiques and all immediate necessities are close at hand and a short walk or bus ride downhill leads to the two beaches.
However, for guests with a car , parking can be arranged in a nearby private car park costing approximately 20 Euros per day payable locally.On the terrace you will find beautiful lemon trees. This area is ideal for al fresco dining overlooking Positano. The entrance is into an airy and spacious sitting room with light streaming in from the large picture window, fireplace and dining corner .
Along a corridor is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and one twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have been decorated and furnished in the same elegant style.
Both rooms lead out to the tiled terraces with lemon trees and canopies of bougainvillea and wisteria which provide shade. Off of the terrace is the very well equipped kitchen.An English speaking manager is on call.
6 hours of maid service are includes. Electricity and air conditioning are included in the rental price. Heating is payable locally in cash at the rate of Euro 120,00 per week.Refundable damage deposit of Euro 300, is due upon arrival in cash (euro) or double signed travelers\' cheques. No other form of payment will be accepted.

For those with cars, a parking space is provided in a private parking lot, situated at 5 minutes walk from the property (€ 18/20,00 per day per each car). 15 minutes walk down to the town center and ten more minutes to the main beach \'\'Spiaggia Grande\'\'. The nearest beach Fornillo is at 500 m. approx. From Fornillo is possible to walk to the main beach \'\'Spiaggia Grande\'\' (400 m). A station for the internal yellow-bus is right on the road below. A short bus ride takes guests to the top of the village (every 15 min) from where one can get the blue buses marked SITA to Sorrento (1 h.) or Amalfi (1 h.). To the right of the main beach numerous ferries and hydrofoils ply daily between Positano and Capri (50min), Naples (50 min), Amalfi (30 min) and Salerno ( 1/2 h).
Within few minutes walk there is a variety of shops, bars, internationally known boutiques and various restaurants.
