Guests can dine outdoors on the east side, just in front of the dining area. There is also a barbecue and a relaxing area with chairs and a table located in front of the main entrance of the house.
The swimming pool, open from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September, has a rectangular shape measuring 6×12 m. It is chlorine-treated and located about 20 metres from the house. The area surrounding the pool is equipped.
