Positive: The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Ideally located to visit the delta of the Po River and the seaside, and of course Ferrara.

Negative: In the middle of nowhere, a 20-minute drive from Ferrara. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute drive and of very poor quality. Thus, better eat in a decent restaurant in Ferrara before you get there. The place is very busy during the day as it opens its swimming pools to the local community, and thus, you have to wait for the evening to be able to swim.
