The house is located at the foot of the Oberalp Pass right next to the valley station of the chairlift Dieni-Milez. In winter you can ski from the slopes directly to the front door. Sledding and cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. In summer, you start countless hikes and bike tours for all ages and levels of difficulty directly from the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Surselva valley and the surrounding mountain peaks. On the first floor of the house there is both a ski room with electric ski boot warmer/dryer and a spacious laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A private covered parking space is available right next to the house. By arrangement, breakfast or half board can be arranged in the Hotel Cresta, barely 100m away (extra charge for this extra service is to be paid directly at the Hotel Cresta). Other restaurants and shopping facilities in the center of Sedrun can be reached by car in only 4min (2.8km). Please do not smoke in the house and in the apartment, smoking facilities are on the balcony. Please do not bring pets. Kitchen: The modern renovated kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: all dishes, cookware, cheese fondue, fondue chinoise, raclette set etc. are as good as new. The glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave oven with grill function and dishwasher ensure pleasant cooking. In the large food center you can cool or freeze enough supplies for your whole stay. A coffee maker (Nespresso aluminum capsules) and an electric kettle are also available. The extendable dining table in the cozy dining area offers enough space for all guests.
