Inserted in a prestigious and silent private residence built in the Mediterranean style, with concierge service, the Villa is distributed on two levels: on the ground floor a large living room, a double bedroom with two single beds, a spacious kitchen; a bathroom with shower; on the first floor, which is accessed via a convenient internal staircase, two double bedrooms, one with a panoramic balcony, a bathroom with tub.
All rooms overlook the sea and from all the rooms on the ground floor there is access to the large terrace equipped with deck chairs, dining table, in front of the kitchen a shaded patio that communicates with the majolica patio in the shade of two trees always cool and ventilated. Flower beds with rich Mediterranean vegetation create the right balance with the surrounding nature.
From the spacious flowered terraces, exposed to the sunset over the sea, you overlook an unforgettable panorama that ranges from the Zingaro and San Vito lo Capo to the ridge of Terrasini and Punta Rais.
A private access leads to the beach of fine light yellow sand, the transparent sea alternates areas of sand only with areas with rocks and seagrass where it is possible to practice spearfishing (sea bream, grouper, thrush, octopus and hedgehogs).
