This is not only because of the interior spaces - 81 m2 distributed over two floors, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms - but also because of the outdoor spaces that amplify the usable area in fine weather. The panoramic terrace onto which the living room with kitchen on the first floor opens is in fact as spectacular for the view it affords, as it is comfortable and large enough to accommodate both the outdoor dining table and sun loungers, on an adjoining lawn area. Added to this is, of course, the communal swimming pool, which can be used by guests.
Turning to the interior, the two-storey layout follows a classic pattern: the living area on the ground floor, the sleeping area on the upper floor, with the two bathrooms, one on each floor.
