Splendid single villa surrounded by a large private garden (1,500 square meters) 1 km away from the beautiful beach of Solanas, a few minutes from the other beautiful and numerous beaches that characterize the coast of Villasimius and Costa Rei. The garden consists of a green lawn, a small rocky hill with exotic vegetation and a wooden house, a large pine forest, an orchard and rich Mediterranean vegetation. The outdoor spaces are furnished with tables, chairs, barbecues, benches, umbrellas and hammocks in the pine forest, enriched by a small pond with fish and water lilies and complemented by professional table tennis and table football and swings. The interiors consist of: large veranda furnished with tables and chairs, living room with kitchenette, fully equipped, dining room including fireplace, table, chairs; living room and sofa bed. There are three double bedrooms plus a single bedroom with bunk beds which can be accessed from the garden; three bathrooms with shower, plus single external shower.
