Positive: Staff friendly and responsive. Clean and comfortable beds. Lovely view from the balcony' quiet location

Negative: Smelly oil fresheners in room. I have sensivities and had to remove them and open all windows and remove pillows for some hours before bed. Found electronic door openings difficult and not obvious where bathroom was or how to open it a sign would be helpful Be aware you need to gain access to shared kitchen via a whats app message .
