Positive: We were a group of four traveling together and arrived late on New Year's Day. Despite the late hour, we received a very warm welcome from the receptionist, who was kind enough to recommend a great place for dinner. We stayed in two rooms on different levels; both were beautifully decorated, cosy, and comfortably warm. It is a lovely hotel, and we truly appreciated the convenience of being able to store our luggage after check-out while we explored.
