On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining room with direct access to a panoramic terrace, a breakfast room, and a professional kitchen. This level also includes a double bedroom (convertible into twins) with an ensuite bathroom equipped for guests with disabilities, as well as a single bedroom with a half bathroom next door.

For added peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced with a wooden railing and gate, making it safer for families with children. A convenient poolside bathroom with shower is also available for guests.
The outdoor spaces reflect the charm of the Tuscan countryside, with a garden filled with centuries-old olive trees. A lovely covered BBQ area with table and chairs—also equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven—invites you to enjoy relaxed outdoor meals.
