At the center is a splendid saltwater pool with Roman steps, surrounded by elegant sunbeds with shade sails and traditional loungers, creating intimate corners for total comfort and relaxation. Adjacent to the pool, a gazebo houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. On both sides of the villa, two porches welcome guests with their warm and convivial atmosphere – ideal spaces for breakfast, outdoor lunches and dinners illuminated by the soft light of sunset. One of the porches is directly connected to the barbecue area, perfect for evenings filled with the aroma of grilled food and shared laughter, all in a setting of absolute privacy.
The villa is on two levels. The ground floor opens onto a spacious and bright double living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a TV, overlooking both porches. Next to it there's a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with shower and a practical utility room with washing machine and sink. The first floor hosts the sleeping area, consisting of a master bedroom with access to a panoramic terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This level also includes a bedroom with French bed and single bed, also with direct access to the terrace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. In the hallway at the top of the stairs, there is a double sofa bed available. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. Window nets are installed on all windows on the first floor.
